Falicia Hines ’05

Falicia joined the Wisconsin Foundation and Alumni Association in 2017 and began serving as chief of staff in 2019. She oversees strategic planning and risk management and helps to execute the CEO’s vision and strategic priorities. She serves as an adviser and strategic partner to the CEO and oversees board relations. Before joining WFAA, she managed donor and alumni communications at the Wisconsin School of Business and led communications efforts at the Wisconsin Energy Institute. Falicia received a bachelor’s degree in communication arts at UW–Madison and a master’s degree in strategic public relations from George Washington University.
